This website form is the only method Arizona Eskimo LLC uses to collect SMS consent for this campaign. We do not collect SMS consent through purchased lists, rented lists, third-party lead providers, paper forms, verbal agreements, text-to-join keywords, QR codes, or forms located behind a login.
The homeowner enters their name, email address, phone number, property address, and information about their attic insulation needs. Directly above the “Get My Free Quote” button, the homeowner is shown two separate SMS consent checkboxes.
The first checkbox is for non-marketing messages concerning the homeowner’s quote request, free attic inspection, estimate, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling or rescheduling, installation updates, and customer service notifications.
The second checkbox is separately provided for marketing and promotional messages concerning attic insulation special offers, seasonal promotions, discounts, and service updates.
Both SMS consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. The homeowner must manually select each type of SMS consent they wish to provide. The homeowner may select one checkbox, both checkboxes, or neither checkbox and can still submit the quote-request form. Providing SMS consent, including marketing consent, is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
The consent language identifies Arizona Eskimo LLC as the sender and states the types of messages the homeowner will receive. It also discloses that message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, the homeowner may text HELP for assistance, and the homeowner may reply STOP to opt out.
Visible links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are located immediately below the form. The Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and SMS consent are handled and states that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
After a homeowner opts in, Arizona Eskimo LLC sends an immediate SMS confirmation identifying the company, describing the messaging program, stating that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and providing HELP and STOP instructions.
When a recipient replies STOP, the recipient is immediately removed from future SMS messaging and receives a final opt-out confirmation. Recipients may reply HELP or contact Arizona Eskimo LLC at (602) 774-2024 or insulation@arizonaeskimo.com for assistance.
Message frequency varies depending on the user’s request, appointment status, service activity, and communication preferences. Users may receive messages related to their inquiry, estimate, appointment, installation, customer service needs, and promotional preferences.
